In addition to yoga, she teaches Zumba, aerobics, and CrossFit, making every class a powerful experience for both body and mind.
After completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Asan Yoga School, Mumbai, with a focus on Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, she has gained newfound confidence and a deeper awareness of her body, breath, and mind. The study of yoga philosophy and anatomy has helped her overcome mental, physical, and emotional challenges in a positive and effortless way, transforming both her practice and outlook on life. This growth has empowered her to guide others on their own journey toward holistic well-being.
She first turned to yoga after the birth of her second child, seeking healing both physically and emotionally.
